Suitable for high temperatures
The pan can be put in the oven or directly on the bbq as well as on a cooker or induction hob. 

Holds heat for a long time
This indestructible grill pan is made of a single piece of traditional cast iron. It takes a while to heat up, but then retains the heat for an extremely long time. The handle is hollow, making it less hot and easy to hold.

Improve the natural non-stick layer by seasoning the pan
The pan comes pre-seasoned with 100% natural vegetable soybean oil to create a healthy non-stick surface. It is best to season it once more before use.
