The RAKKU coat stand is a stunning example of form meeting function. 

With RAKKU, designer Kazushige Miyake has created a unique symbiosis between modern geometry and timeless minimalism. Three wooden slats are almost curved into each other and held in place by triangular metal elements. Despite the minimalist design, functionality is at the heart of this clever piece. Keys or bags can be placed on a round plate, whilst three wooden elements provide space for jackets, scarves and hats, and hangers can be attached to the metal connections as needed.

Available in FSC®-certified natural oak, Rakku fits seamlessly into any setting, adding a touch of sophistication without overwhelming the space.

About the designer:

Japanese designer Kazushige Miyake (b. 1973) graduated from Tama Art University in Tokyo with a design specialism. In 2005, he founded his own design studio: Miyake Design, which has become synonymous with clear and functional product design, always with the discerning consumer in mind. Miyake favours simplicity and straightforwardness, believing that every object has its own form.
