Convivio Saucepan - 16cm - des. David Chipperfield and Pietro Leeman for Alessi

This beautiful long-handled saucepan, designed by Pritzker prize winning architect David Chipperfield and Michelin-starred chef Pietro Leeman, has superb functionality. It's particularly good for making gravy and sauces and is made from 18/10 stainless steel with an inner core of aluminium to conduct heat evenly across the base. The inner ceramic coating makes it easy to use, and enriches the design with its colour and sheen. The magnetic steel base makes the frying pan suitable for induction cooking as well as gas hobs. Lid sold separately.
