We're the only UK stockists of Nuove Forme, who produced this figure of a little bird in matt pink and burgundy. Designed by Aldo Bagni in the 70s, we love the combination of artistic understatement and formal rigour in one wee creature. Don't miss her friends - available separately - especially the glossy pink and burgundy bird pecking the ground. They make a very sweet pair and a gorgeous wedding gift for a cool couple.

Nuove Forme started up in 1993 by a group including the granddaughter of the great ceramicist Alvino Bagni, whose work they set out to celebrate.  These bird figures are inspired by the original pieces in the  Nuove Forme archive, reinterpreted in collaboration with Simona Cardinetti and Christoph Schnug.
