The Story
Between the lime green Yorkshire-made covers of this lovely square sketchbook are 35 leaves (70-page sides) of acid free off-white 150gsm mixed media cartridge paper. This paper is acid free to protect your work and made with a twin wire process so you can work on both sides of a page. This paper is well suited to dry media, such as crayon or pencil.
Pink Pig make their books by hand in the UK. Quality matters - that’s why they carefully hand-wrap the covers in a beautiful, hand-made tissue paper from the Far East. These particular Thai Silk tissue covers are highly prized by artists and students around the world. They're flush with silk texture - they don't include banana bark as some of the other Pink Pig notebook covers do. Consequently, they're a little less rugged and may need a wee bit of extra care.
