The included winding key is inserted into the back-right wheel as pictured. A functional gear stick is used to select one of three speed settings or reverse, and the steering wheel is also functional. As well as that, a working handbrake allows the model to be displayed on an incline. 

Though the model is intricate, it still has the charming and traditional handmade-quality Walter & Prediger are known for. Its weight and complexity mean this product is not suitable for young children, but it is definitely a prize for collectors of model tractors and alike.
