Stainless steel pan lid - 16cm - des. Ole Palsby for Eva Solo

Based on the classic 1977 Ole Palsby design for Eva Trio and utilising the same dimensions ensures that this lid is suitable for all 16cm Eva Solo or Eva Trio pans. Part of a space saving system whereby lids can be matched with all pans, happily requiring fewer lids and more space in our overcrowded cupboards.

The lid combines classic simplicity with practical functionality. The long handle allows you to lift the lid to view the food inside without scalding your hands on the rising steam. Stackable and hangable. The flat design allows you to place plates or bowls on the lid to keep them heated while you cook. The steel part of the lid is made of 90 per cent recycled post-consumer steel.
