Back in the 1960s, when the bowl first saw the light of day, it was designed as an ashtray, but today  it's an invitation to be creative by combining it with other Stoff Nagel designs - try adding Stoff taper candles (available separately) into the holes, fill it with seasonal decorations such as Easter eggs, small necessities or leave it empty for a simple and clean look.
