Here's an image that's a touchstone of David Hockney's art: his very own swimming pool. 

There are so many layers here: Hockney's famous water lines, painted by his own hand on the bottom of his pool, with rain falling onto the surface of the water, all photographed multiple times by the artist and joined together. The poster was created for an exhibition at the Museo di Storia Della Fotografia Fratelli Alinari in Florence, Italy.

This is an authorised David Hockney poster. It's an archive/vintage poster, printed in 1985, now collectible and in extremely short supply. Our stock of it is sold as new, but this particular poster has particular faults as outlined above.  Please hang away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
